Born and raised in South Alabama surrounded by white sandy beaches was where her journey began. After high school Terra put herself through college at the University of South Alabama in Mobile. She earned a degree in Biomedical Sciences and went on to pursue a career in Orthoptics at the University of Michigan, Kellogg Eye Center.

After graduating from the two year Orthoptic program she was asked to join the staff in the Pediatric Ophthalmology Department at U of M.
She has been published in various medical journals and has spoken at both national and international conferences during her five years at the University. She later transitioned from a fully academic institution to a mixed academic/private practice and continues to provide her expertise in the field of Orthoptics at Children’s Eye Care.

However, the world of real estate and real estate investing piqued her interest so between her professional and personal life she began absorbing as much knowledge as possible in this field. During the pandemic Terra saw an opportunity to use all of the qualities she has gained in life and made the choice to pursue real estate as a new career.

Terra is a driven, disciplined, and highly motivated person. She considers herself a leader and not a follower. Real estate has allowed her to take all of these qualities and use them at a peak level.
